Before You Book

All rentals of the Hannibal Knights of Columbus Hall require a signed rental agreement and a $150 refundable security deposit to secure your date.

Please review the contract carefully before completing your booking. If you have questions about any terms, don't hesitate to call us.

A signed copy must be returned before your event date.

DepositA $150 refundable deposit is required to hold your date. Returned after satisfactory post-event inspection.

CancellationCancellations within 30 days of the event date are non-refundable.

CapacityMaximum occupancy is 175 guests per fire code regulations.

CleanupThe renter is responsible for leaving the hall in the same condition as found. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
